"Hugh did several jobs for me around my property, replacing a roof on my shed, repairing and painting an exterior wall of my house and a few other small jobs. He found some rotting boards inside the clapboard, and replaced those. He pointed out that my bay window had a flat roof, so water was collecting and running down the sides of the window and causing the rotting underneath. He created a new little roof over the window to prevent this from happening in the future and he repaired the bay window so it looks like new.
 
Hugh always came when he said he would come, he always left me know what was happening and what still needed to be done, in a very curteous, polite and direct fashion.
